About the Department

Job Responsibilities

• Drive new product development and new investment opportunities for Private Wealth.
• Manage product governance and sales processes for investment products, including regular risk rating reviews and product/provider due diligence.
• Lead product implementation and manage the end-to-end process from product approval, system enhancements, documentation and implementation .
• Comply with regulatory and risk requirements relevant to the investment products .
• Enhance existing product workflows to achieve efficiency gains and risk reduction for sales and operations.

Job Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in product management for investment products in the wealth management space .
• Good understanding of investment products and sales processes for private banks, including applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Well versed in legal and regulatory documentations for investment products .
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with various stakeholders in Compliance, Legal, Risk, IT, Audit, Operations, client advisors and external counterparties .
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and strong team-player.
• Familiarity of Bloomberg and Morningstar Direct .
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in word and excel. Experience in VBA knowledge will be an advantage.
