About the Department
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities
1.To manage and supervise the team and to ensure that the team is providing timely and good customer service to credit groups by performing document checking and ensuring that the following guidelines are complied with :
- MAS guidelines
- CCRM CDL guidelines
- Legal guidelines for taking & checking security
- Transactional Limits Policy
- Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Operational Risks Assessment (ORSA)
- Other internal policies & guidelines
2.To handle the administration & training of staff in the team.
3.To handle all administrative requirements for the team.
4.To process, check, verify and review the completeness and accuracy of data inputs for company loan drawdowns, disbursements, redemption/cancellation of Property Loans, Term Loans, Hire Purchase Loans, Revolving Credit Facilities & Overdraft Facilities.
5.To ensure adherence to Bank\'s operating procedures and compliance with internal controls, policies and guidelines for all Company loan transactions.
6.To participate in project endeavors undertaken by the department

Job Requirements

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in company loans administration and operations. Additional experience in branch operations or in accounting will be an added advantage.
  • A university degree preferably in Banking & Finance, majoring in Economics, Business Administration or Accounting or professional qualifications.
  • Good working knowledge of the Bank\'s company loan products and loan admin operations and procedures, including all relevant Operations Systems and risk control measures.
  • Strong leadership quality, good interpersonal skills and able to lead a team. Must be able to command high respect from peers and team members by virtue of knowledge, experience, leadership ability and management skills.
  • Good integrity, responsible, reliable and conscientious. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and under pressure.
  • Able to motivate and guide team members to achieve desired goals and objective within timelines.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Strong Analytical, problem solving skill, project management skills & operational risks control skills
