About the Department
Relationship Management (Global Funds & Financial Sponsors) is responsible for strengthening the firm\'s relationships with existing accounts, and driving continuous service improvements with ultimate focus on business retention. Develops the strategy, processes, and delivery measurement for service among all functional areas responsible for delivering to clients. It covers activities related to the development, origination, and management of banking loan products, advice, and trade financing for major market corporate clients, including large local companies, financial institutions, and multinationals. Corporate banking generally refers to clients in excess of a given annual revenue. Responsible for activities related to providing banking loan services and auxiliary products (e.g., letters of credit) to institutions with revenues above a certain limit. The Financial Sponsors focus specializes in managing relationships with financial sponsor clients, which includes advising on a broad range of financing products and services, and providing financing to financial sponsor portfolio companies.
Job Responsibilities
This position is part of the Global Funds & Financial Sponsors (\xe2\x80\x9cGFFS\xe2\x80\x9d) team in Singapore within Global Financial Institutions Group.
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to drive client relationships and business growth with clients in the GFFS segment investing in real assets which includes real estate, data center, infrastructure, renewables, logistics, student accommodation, hospitality etc or support such clients at fund level which includes fund subscription facilities.
You will support a Senior Relationship Manager to cover existing and new clients in Singapore and in the region, working with Global Relationship Managers, product partners and key internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of banking solutions and end-to-end deal execution to meet the financing and investment needs of your clients.
You will be responsible for all aspects of client management from compliance/KYC due diligence for onboarding & periodic reviews, term sheet & credit structuring, overseeing documentation and operational aspects of the products and services provided, as well as managing the risk aspects of client portfolio including putting up credit applications and reviews.
