What you will be doing POSITION SUMMARY: The incumbent is responsible for managing the overall operations within the warehouse. Not limiting to inbound and outbound activities, tidiness of the warehouse/staging area, monitoring of stock, packaging readiness (including cleaning and prep e.g. PCM levels, Cocoon movements and GTC/VIP returns), OH&S matters and team management. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with HOD to ensure warehouse is managed efficiently with available stock for all departments
• Enforce work safety and proper housekeeping in warehouse operations
• Ensure overall cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse (levels 1 and 2) and staging area
• Maintain and upkeep the tidiness of the cold room and controlled ambient room
• Ensure sufficient levels of PCMs are available for shipments. Take initiative to pre-condition PCMs when necessary
• Re-order packaging & loggers when needed
• Manage return stocks and coordinate cleaning / refurbishments of stocks which may include but not limited to, GTC boxes, Cocoons, Pallet Shippers. Submission of GTC damage report
• Submission of weekly Cocoon stock count to PH1
• Submission of weekly/monthly GTC stock count to PH1
• Submission of weekly inventory report to Depot
• Manage inventory for both SIN and PH1 stocks
• Fridge and Freezer monthly download including Alarm analysis
• RFCA qualification, service maintenance and defrosting schedule
• Quarterly weighing scale test and recording
• Quarterly Reach Truck servicing maintenance
• Maintain working order of Liquid Nitrogen station and ensure continuous supply at all times
• Coordinate Job creation, flight booking, MAWB and permit. Oversee pick and pack operations for accurate fulfilment of orders
• Work on CI projects to analyze sequence of warehouse operations and workflow to improve efficiency. Delegation of tasks to team members
• Periodic reviewing of OHS issue

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferable with Warehouse / Inventory management
• Polytechnic Diploma or higher

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
