Assistant Warehouse Supervisor
Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Work closely with the warehouse supervisor to carry out effective warehouse operations. Managing warehouse staff activities and ensuring team's resources are utilized effectively and efficiently that work schedules and targets are met Initiate improvement for warehouse operations to improve service level and meet customers' requirements Supervision of operations, warehouse assistants and forklift drivers Ensure the accuracy in data inputs and system updates, plan warehouse space allocation and storage Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently with compliance on Safety Standards and guidelines. Any other ah-hoc duties assigned.Job Requirement Preferably with relevant experience in warehousing/ supply chain/logistics A valid forklift license A good sense of urgency and ability to prioritize workload in accordance to demand. A team player Proficient in MS Excel Able to converse in Mandarin/English to deal with Chinese/English speaking customers and team.
