Job Description


What the role is:Assistant/Deputy Manager (Digital Transformation)What you will be working on:You will be expected to drive digitalisation and transformation initiatives in TP and manage the digital projects/products. You will work closely with the Deputy Director (Digital Transformation) to develop and implement strategies to enhance TP\'s digital capabilities.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across TP to identify opportunities for digital transformation and develop business cases to support these initiatives.
  • Lead and manage TP\'s digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the alignment with TP\'s strategic objectives and priorities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap for the adoption of new technologies, processes, and systems
  • Manage the implementation of digital projects/products, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Implement change management strategies to ensure that staff and students are fully engaged and prepared for the changes brought about by digital transformation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives, making recommendations for improvements as and where necessary.
  • Explore and propose collaborative and innovative ecosystems to accelerate agile and quality capability delivery, as well as potential digital use cases that will strategically change business models, structures, and processes.
  • Drive capability development in digitalisation across the institution.
  • Identify the tools and data required to articulate the impact of digital transformation efforts.
What we are looking for:
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation, service innovation, ops-tech and/or customer service journey work.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse issues from a strategic and systems perspective, while having a good grasp of details and processes.
  • Experience in intra-organisation transformation and digitalisation initiatives.
  • Good stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Adaptable and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
