Job Description

What the role is:Deputy Manager / IT Services (Enterprise Platforms)What you will be working on:

• Maintain security posture and hardening for on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure such as AWS and Azure.
• Maintain and support IT infrastructure security tools, such as Secure Service Edge and firewall.
• Manage Government security monitoring services, such as Government Cyber Security Operations Centre (GCSOC), Automated Baseline Log Review (ABLR) and Vulnerability Management Services (VMS).
• Be a Point-of-Contact to the in-house security team for security-related alerts reported by Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), ABLR, GCSOC, or VMS and attend security-related meetings.
• Conduct infrastructure Cyber Hygiene cadence with the infrastructure teams and ensure the infrastructure systems are compliant with the industry standards such as Centre for Internet Security (CIS), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and Government Technology Agency Instruction Manual for ICT&SS Management.
• Support regular security activities, such as IT audits, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Scanning, and address security findings.

. * Regularly review existing infrastructure setup in on-premises and cloud, and make recommendations for improvements.What we are looking for:

• Qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Possess at least 5 years of relevant infrastructure security operations and familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud architecture strategies.
• Possess at least 5 years of relevant network administration experience.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex security issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred attained CISSP, CEH, AWS, Azure, or other relevant security certifications.
