Join us as an Assistant Design Lead and gain exposure through opportunities to work with high-net-worth clients and projects as well as potential collaborations with other leading industry brands.
Responsibilities
- Develop design proposals, space planning and FF&E schedule
- Strong material knowledge and good colour scheme application
- Produce schematic drawings on AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Liaising with prospective clients to understand the design brief
- To work closely with project management team and to do quality checks to ensure the design is complied and works within a set timeline
- To work closely with Business Development in pitching and securing new projects
- Lead and coach team of in-house designer/s

Qualifications:
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop and AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field
- Diploma/Degree in Art/Design/Architecture or equivalent
