• Managing the monitoring and maintenance team, looking at both short and long terms goals to achieve maximum efficiency within the least amount of time and cost taken
• Managing the communication and work flow between Monitoring and Maintenance team such as innovating/improving new ideas/processes within the team such as: Ticketing software/portal and Techniques or best practices or products to improve productivity for solar generation or efficience
• Formulate processes and SOP to increase team productivity, as well as energy generation from solar PV systems in the region
• Analyse and report on the health of PV systems on a regular basis and decide on actions to take that is justifiable to all stakeholders
• Analysis of generation data and site installation to identify faults, issues, and rectification actions to be carried out for improvement of PR and revenue
• Analyse poor performing sites and justify steps or way to solve underlying issues
• Analyse cost benefit of rectification actions to be carried out
• Analyse failure rates of equipment and material purchased, and give recommendation to System Owner, Engineering team, System Integration and Procurement Team
• Conduct on site testing with use of various industrial measurement tools to ascertain findings
• Ensure workflow of O&M processes to ensure minimal down time of solar PV systems
• Ensure that the reports and solutions provided to management and is valid, time saving, cost efficient and accurate
• Manage customer relations and ensure customer service by the monitoring and maintenance team is of more than satisfactory level
• Continuous review, evaluation and consideration with external vendors or ideas that can increase productivity of O&M or overall performance of Systems
• Innovate and automate processes within the team to reduce work load of menial task so that time can be better spent

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering
• At least 1-3 years relevant experience
• Candidates with no work experience are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft office such as Excel, PPT
