Job Description
What the role is:Provide management support to the Group Director of Health Products Regulation Group including project management and co-ordination, administration of IT systems, events management, assistance in policy drafting and provision of administrative support.What you will be working on:
- Support the Group corporate and strategic planning process including tracking and reporting of the Group's performance
- Carry out administration related duties as assigned including secretariat support for management meetings, records management and logistics support for events and functions when necessary
- Support the management of IT projects including administration of IT systems
- Provide support in regulatory policy and guidelines development and implementation and work on specific projects as assigned
- Possess knowledge in biomedical sciences that are relevant to healthcare would be an advantage
- Possess 2-3 years of working experience preferably in public sector in a regulatory role or on healthcare administration.
- Well-versed in project management and digital skills
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work with team members and multi-task yet work independently.
