You will be part of the HR team that leverages technology and operational expertise to deliver quality and customer-centric HR services. This role will help drive organisational excellence through the management and execution of HR operational processes throughout the Employee Life Cycle.
[What you will be working on]
Responsibilities:-
- Drive and perform HR efficiencies through the management and execution of HR processes.
- Use digital tools to streamline HR processes and help to continually review, enhance and re-engineer operational procedures.
- Lead in efforts to build and strengthen data analytics by incorporating automation into day-to-day HR processes.
- Lead in the co-ordination between the central project management and maintenance team and various stakeholders and our HR system (Workday).
- Work closely with the HR Business Partners to provide operations and implementation advice.
Requirements:-
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates who are familiar with Workday will be preferred.
- Driven and enjoy taking a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Possess advance knowledge of Microsoft tools.
- Have a keen interest to grow professionally in the HR field.
- A strong team player with good communication skills.
