Job Description
What the role is:Officer will be in the Servicing & Maintenance Team for North area. His core works involve the following:What you will be working on:
- Plan and implement servicing and maintenance regime for chambers and appurtenances. xe2x80xa2 Attending to customers' feedback pertaining to water supply/ quality related matters which include no water, poor pressure, and water quality issues. xe2x80xa2 Supervision of repair and servicing & maintenance works carried out by Department's term contractors. xe2x80xa2 Carry out valve operations to facilitate watermains maintenance, repair, and network operations. xe2x80xa2 Serving of notices as well as the engagement of customers xe2x80xa2 Provision of temporary supply to affected customers in the event of water interruption which includes the distribution of water bags. xe2x80xa2 Carry out administrative works including generation of Work Orders and Completion Certificate. xe2x80xa2 Officer may also be activated after-office hours to respond to water supply/ water quality related matters / incidents (i.e. leaks, poor pressure or water quality related issues).
