• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, define project objectives, and ensure alignment with users and organizational goals.
• Lead process optimization and innovation efforts, exploring opportunities to integrate automation, AI-driven solutions or any emerging technologies.
• Document current (\xe2\x80\x9cas-is\xe2\x80\x9d) processes, conduct gap analyses, and pinpoint pain points to design relevant digital solutions.
• Work closely with various departments/stakeholders (internal/external) to deliver project goals, requirements, resources, and timeline, complying all policies and procedures eg. Cybersecurity, Data Governance
• Maintain good stakeholder communications on project objectives, status, risks, and key milestones.
• Track project performance, using data-driven insights to enhance future digital transformation efforts and identify new opportunities.

Skills for Success

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in priject or program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact digital projects.
• Experience or certification in Process Improvement is a plus.
• Strong Project Management skills ideally with certification in PMP or Agile
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making and performance metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve program goals and deliver high-quality results.
• Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet tight timelines
