Job Description

:

• Assist with Workday configuration set-up/changes as Workday Administrator, including user-testing work (UAT)
• Fulfilling the role of a liaison between Business and Technology teams to support day-to-day business requests for Workday setup
• Resolve user queries by investigating the issue, identifying the problem, and effectively communicating the solution.
• Ensure configuration and updates made in the Workday system aligns with internal frameworks, SOPs, policies and governance controls.
• Manage integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
• Internet Banking Maintenance - Manage user access and authorisation limits to ensure security and compliance.
• Develop and maintain job-aids, video guides and instructional materials for business users to enhance overall user experience.
• Document and maintain Finance policies and SOPs, including updating changes in polices and SOPs due to business / organisation / system / accounting standard changes.
• To be part of the team for multiple projects to automate manual processes using automation tools.
• Support internal and external audit requests.

• Degree in Accountancy (or equivalent), Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• 1-3 years relevant working experience in systems / working in project teams
• Good organisation and planning skills, interpersonal skills and able to communicate with different stakeholders.
• Hands on, meticulous and with a keen eye for details.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fast Learner and adaptable. Concise writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint SharePoint, MS Forms)
• Proficiency and familiarity with Automation & video making tools, UiPath, PowerAutomate, CapCut, Python will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Workday Financial Management will be an advantage.
