The Role:



We are looking for an Associate Account Director to work on one of the agency's key clients.


Reporting to the Account Director, you will find yourself working in a collaborative environment with a highly experienced team. You will be required to manage day to day client engagements by ensuring regular communications with them are performed with confidence. You will also be a partner to the Creative team and work closely with them to deliver outstanding work according to the clients' expectations.


As a senior member of the account servicing team, you will be expected to manage senior level clients (Business Unit heads). And also lead the agency relationship with our other agency partners including Media, Digital, Social, BTL.

Our ideal candidate:


You're well-organised, detail-oriented and digitally savvy Excellent communication skills Possessing an entrepreneurial nature and attitude. Be able to contribute to the creative process and take on a collaborative approach when working with the Creative Team and Strategic Planner. Take a leadership role in managing all other agency partners for all campaign development. A driving force to process to ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time and advances the client's objectives and brand purpose. Measuring and managing client satisfaction at the highest levels Demonstrating strong leadership and motivation skills; managing and mentoring his team in all skills relevant to our business Demonstrating superior writing skills Engaging in assisting the Agency's growth Demonstrating attitude and perspective that continually advances the Agency's reputation Mentor a team of Account Managers and Account Executives Ensure that all campaigns are done based on Agency's SLA, able to deliver it in a timely fashion and within budget. Take a growth mind-set in ensuring that account's revenue targets are met. Able to work in tandem with the strategic planner on briefs and planning out of campaign. Able to engage the creative team to push the work and also ensure that the work is on brand. Act as brand guardian and ensure that all adapts by vendors are on brand grid. * Ideally have experience working on various production outputs - e.g. TVC, Print, Radio, BTL.
