Calendar scheduling for assigned Directors & Managers
Assist in Directors for internal training/claim/leave submission\xe2\x80\xa6etc
Recep covering, raise purchase requisition
Food ordering for corporate event
Organise and schedule meetings in organized and coordinated manner
Take meeting minutes and follow up on the action items
Facilitate in arranging in the management oversea business trip plan
Maintain a systematic filing system
Track, maintain and order office supplies inventory
Maintain distribution/contact lists
Provide general support to visitors when needed
Handle requests and queries from management
Drive Continuous Improvement for the administrative and secretarial Support
Other adhoc duties assigned by Management/Reporting Officer
Job Requirements
Diploma/Higher Nitec or equivalent
Relevant experience in administration
Able to breakdown the assigned work into deliverable tasks and provide realistic timeline for their completion
Good interpersonal and communications skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, IT savvy
Proficient in MS Office, SAP knowledge is a plus
Willing to be scheduled to work off shift hours in support of visits/events occasionally
