Kroll Agency and Trustee Services (KATS) provides independent, conflict-free, third-party agency and trustee services across the loan and bond markets. We have developed our strong reputation by delivering proactive and bespoke services and currently manage over 900 transactions globally.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide legal support in various legal areas (corporate trustee and corporate finance areas) Maintain the efficiency of physical and electronic document management as well as database for legal information and materials Assist with client on boarding procedures including KYC/AML and FATCA reporting Analyzing legal issues, performing legal research and collaborate with various business functions Attend to general legal administrative duties Assist in handling company secretarial matters Assist with client facing tasks as needed Assist with ad hoc projects as requested

Key Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in legal studies 1-3 years of legal experience (experience in corporate and commercial areas) Attention to details and well-organized Hard working, responsible, self-motivated Dedicated and outgoing team player Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English is essential, strong second or third language skills a bonus
