Responsible for servicing all customers to achieve the objectives assigned to the team according to the Company\'s business plans.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Events support, vendor and intermediary management
  • Manage the event planning process and work closely with our vendor during the planning process to manage every aspect of the event
  • Maintain product, system and process knowledge
  • Attend relevant product and skill courses and passing on relevant points to other staff
  • Ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders in respect to processing queries
  • Develop good working relationships with all internal customers and stakeholders
  • Complete other administrative duties as required including reports generation
  • Maintain data in relevant computer systems and other databases
Preferred Competencies/Skills
  • Computer literacy such as Microsoft office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented, well organized and a good team player
Preferred Education Specifics
  • Tertiary graduate
Preferred Experience
  • Relevant working experience in administrative support / customer service function, preferably in General Insurance companies.
