We contribute to Grab\'s vision of being Southeast Asia\'s superapp by providing everyday services that matter most to consumers in Singapore by developing business strategies that help us achieve our vision in serving our community.The GrabMart team is a dynamic team that collaborates with adjacent Grab functions within the Singapore Operations team to achieve business growth within the GrabMart vertical.Get to know the roleReporting to the Assistant Manager, GrabMart on a hybrid work arrangement, you\'ll assume a role in planning, implementing, and managing demand-generating plans. From developing strategies for growth and profitability to participating in performance tracking projects, your contributions will be pivotal to our business\'s continued success.The Critical Tasks You will PerformBusiness planning and analysis:

• Utilise both strategic and analytics toolkits to contribute to the planning, launch, and growth of high-impact strategic initiatives
• Conduct research, manage projects and stakeholders, and perform analyses (with simple models) to facilitate data-driven decision-making
• Analyse business cases and present them with quality benchmarks and assumptions
• Collaborate with other business teams, offering support at several stages of the project lifecycle
• Examples include providing a fact base, assisting with issue identification and solutioning, offering advice on implementation practicalities, and overseeing actual execution
• Communicate insights to obtain relevant next steps and support operational execution of demand-generation plans

QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need

• Accumulated 1+ years of experience at top-tier consulting firms or within leading regional or global tech and ecommerce companies
• Competent with Excel with basic proficiency in querying (SQL/Python), familiar with project management and great at deck preparation
• You will have experience analysing data sets with simple modelling and have experience breaking down complex problems make connections between different pieces of information.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams yet focused on finding solutions, with experience excelling and developing a career in a fast-growing tech company
• Have experience excelling in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) environment
