DBS Institutional Banking Group provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

• Handles daily Reference Data maker/checker role to check and ensure that the security counter creation for SG and Global countries are verified and setup correctly.
• Handles daily manual price update
• Ensure daily AM/PM price upload verification and checking/investigation of exception report are completed timely.
• Manage Ad-hoc asset transfer request for new ISINs
• Maintain the balances for Unclaimed Dividend/ Balances
• Handle the daily reconciliation for Nostro cash
• Key cover for daily cash reconciliation for Clearing which includes BS3, CDP Batch, NCS and MAS Clearing.
• Manage queries and provide timely responses
• Work closely with Team lead

Requirements

• Degree holder (finance/accounting preferred)
• Good team player with positive mindset
• Good communication skills and ability to work under stress
• Maintain high standard of service quality.
• Meticulous and sensitive to numbers
• Take initiative and accountability
• Computer literate - MS Word / Excel
