It facilitates the development of infrastructure, adoption of technology, and upgrading of skills in the financial industry.Join us now, if you have a genuine interest in making an impact to help shape Singapore\'s economic and financial landscape.What you will be working on:You will be part of a committed team of officers tasked with supporting the administration and operational functions of the department.Your primary responsibilities will be to manage the operational processes of MAS\' public platforms, including the Contact Centre, our public queries and complaints portal, and the MAS Website, to ensure and improve efficiency and service quality in the delivery of MAS products and services to our external stakeholders. This entails working closely with MAS product teams, external vendors and various departments within MAS. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the knowledge base for public queries, tracking service quality, and using data analysis to identify areas for enhancement to improve ease of access, operational efficiency and user satisfaction.You will be responsible for championing knowledge management within the department, ensuring the department\'s knowledge resources align with the objectives outlined in MAS\' knowledge policies. This may involve digitising records, participating in knowledge audits and contributing to local KM planning sessions.You may also be expected to support corporate planning activities, which may include collating input for surveys for whole-of-government initiatives and updating of corporate governance and organisation excellence templates within MAS, planning and coordinating events and meetings.What we are looking for:
