Job Description
:
The incumbent is responsible and expected to handle:
- Sourcing and securing of event sites
- Pre-event Planning and processes
- Corresponding with event vendors
- Corresponding with contractors and service providers
- Event setup & tear down
- Post event reports and processes
- Diploma in any Discipline or O Level with minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Experience in retail industries
- System knowledge in - MS Office, Google Suite etc.
- Motivated, meticulous and results oriented
- Resourceful and problem solver
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently.
- Able to perform collaborative work effectively with a variety of stakeholders etc
- Able to work off-office hour and weekends
- Physically fit
- Work location: FairPrice Hub (Jookoon) (will be required to travel down to event sites)
- Work hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am-6pm) (will be required to work off-office hour and weekends, eligible for OT pay)
