You will be part of a dynamic frontline team to provide a pleasant, safe and wholesome experience for all visitors to Gardens by the Bay. You will provide customer service, attend to visitors\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries and also assist to enhance customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer service and satisfaction. You will be involved in administrative work such as replying to online queries, manage cash handling procedures like processing of tickets refunds, voids or rescheduling and ensure accurate transactions in cash, cards and any other payment methods. You will also assist in handling escalated cases from the frontline Ticketing Operations team and work closely with Ticketing Team Leaders to ensure timely delivery of a first-class service experience for all visitors to the attraction.
