Associate, Business & IT This is a dynamic role with abundant learning opportunities in business and IT strategy, digital transformation, data analytic, risk management and sales and marketing. In this role, you will work closely with the senior management and business partner various teams’ heads to drive the business forward. If you are someone with a strong growth and digital mindset and like to challenge status quo, we would love to speak with you.

How you can add value:

• Assist in executing business strategy, plan, and project

• Drive digital initiatives and transformation in area of data analytics, cloud computing, cyber-security, etc

• Implement, integrate, manage, and maintain systems, software, and data

• Comply and keep abreast with MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM) regulation

• Identify, evaluate, manage, and monitor investment and business risks

• Prepare management reports for Head Office and regulators reporting

• Prepare sales and marketing collaterals and maintain Company website and Linkedin profile

• Other tasks as assigned
  

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 2-5 years of relevant experience within financial industry and/or MAS regulated company is desirable. Fresh graduates with a keen learning attitude are welcome

• Strong business acumen, problem-solving, logical thinking, analytical, digital, process improvement and communication skills

• Preferred skills in advance excel, Microsoft Power functions, data analytic, basic coding, SQL, data visualization and BI tools and Six Sigma
