We develop and execute business strategies that help us achieve our vision in serving our community.This role sits under the Singapore Strategy & Partnerships team, responsible for planning, negotiating & closing high impact deals/ marketing partnerships, spanning across all the business lines in Singapore. This includes Transport, GrabFood, GrabExpress, GrabMart & GrabFinancial businesses.The Critical Tasks You will PerformYou will:

  • Identify target partner segments, scope opportunities, and develop joint business plans.
  • Drive deals end-to-end from pitching, commercial negotiation, and closure to project execution.
  • Engage with senior executives within Grab and external corporate institutions.
  • Collaborate with various business units, including marketing, legal, product, finance, procurement, and regional teams.
  • Form mutually beneficial partnerships by identifying and pitching collaboration opportunities aligned with Grab\'s strategic direction.
  • Manage partnerships including deal negotiations, project management, and maintaining key relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Regularly update Grab senior management on project progress, roadblocks, and solutions.
QualificationsWhat Skills You will Need
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to define opportunities and develop joint business plans that benefit both Grab and partners.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to drive deals from pitching to closure.
  • Relationship Management: Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders in corporate institutions.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with various business units and regional teams.
  • Project Management: Experience managing projects end-to-end, from initiation to execution.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create effective presentations.
  • Business Modelling: Proficiency in business modelling using Excel.
Preferred qualifications:
  • University degree with 2-5 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, or Client and Project Management.
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
