We develop and execute business strategies that help us achieve our vision in serving our community.This role sits under the Singapore Strategy & Partnerships team, responsible for planning, negotiating & closing high impact deals/ marketing partnerships, spanning across all the business lines in Singapore. This includes Transport, GrabFood, GrabExpress, GrabMart & GrabFinancial businesses.Get to know the roleThe role covers strategic partnerships, monetisation of the platform & anchoring on new business ideas with partnersDrive and create new partnerships, collaborate with existing partners to accelerate profitability, monetization & growth for Grab Singapore. This includes:Defining partner segments to target, scoping the opportunities and developing joint business plansDriving deals end-to-end from pitching to commercial negotiation, to closure, to project management and executionDirect contact with senior executives in Grab and in other large corporate institutionsClose collaboration & coordination with various business units, marketing, legal, product, finance, procurement & regional teamsThe day-to-day activitiesServe as a key team member to define opportunities in the current landscape, strategize, structure and execute partnershipsForm win-win partnerships with potential partners by identifying and pitching the right collaboration opportunities from across the entire Grab portfolioCo-create business development plan/roadmap with partners, balance trade-offs and ensure that this is aligned with overall Grab\'s strategic directionDrive projects/deals end-to-end: commercial negotiation, deal closure, project management and executionOversee relationship management with partners, including maintaining key relationships with senior stakeholders of large corporate institutionsPrepare and deliver regular business reviews / project updates to Grab senior management on progress, roadblocks and solutionsQualificationsThe must-haves:University degree with 2-5 years of full-time working experience, preferably in Strategic Partnerships / Business Development / Client & Project Management.Strong business acumen, negotiation, hunting & stakeholder management skillsEnjoy being hands-on, high energy, creative with a \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitudeAbility to demonstrate clear & structured thinking of how each partnership can benefit our business and partnerExcellent communicator & designs effective presentations (including pitch deck, business reviews to management, etc)Business modelling on ExcelAdditional InformationLife at Grab
