Acquire qualified New-To-Bank customers through contacts, referrals from Clients and business development activities locally specifically in the area of insurance and financial planning for legacy or retirement.
Procure new business through Customer acquisition and manage relationships with existing Customers alongside the Relationship Managers.
Engage other departments to get referral opportunities, planning of insurance new sales ideas, training of RMs in financial planning knowledge.
Business Performance and Management
Attuned to the current economic and financial markets by attending trainings so as to be current and proficient in addressing Customer\'s queries.
Achieve individual sales targets for wealth management, treasury products and insurance.
Provide sound financial planning and insurance advice and dispensing customised solutions in alignment with the bank\'s standards and industry regulations.
Work towards Preferred Banking\'s intended goals.
Deliver Client satisfaction through tailored solutions according to client objectives and service issue resolution.
Achieve service standards set by the bank.

Requirements:
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in any discipline
Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing Requirements
Possess the relevant certifications, e.g., CLI, CGI, HI, M1B, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9 and M9A
Relevant Work Experience
At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in retail banking
Technical/Functional Skills
Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements in Singapore
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
