The incumbent is responsible for projects related to front-end technology and he/she is expected to:
- Perform User Acceptance Testing for projects relating to front end technologies.
- Formulation of user guides and participate in the brainstorming/re-design of existing work processes for better efficiency in the front-line.
- Assist and provide onsite and remote support to stores during implementation of new enhancements.
- Assist in the coordination with stakeholders on deployment of new front end technologies.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Qualifications
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business or Business Info System
- Candidates with work related experience in Info systems and User Acceptance Testing is a bonus
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Team player with ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders across all levels, vendors etc.
- Able to work under pressure with high adaptability and initiative within a dynamic environment
- Comfortable and open to learning new technology
