Job Description

:

• Acts as the main contact person between employer, clients, and other stakeholders for assigned clients during job matching process.
• Liaises with employers to confirm the employment terms for assigned clients.
• Coordinates with prison officers for the successful administration of inmates on Community-Based Programmes.
• Facilitates all employment-related communication and documentation including:
• Creating a standard mail merge with the information provided by relevant stakeholders.
• Calling clients and employers to confirm on employment details and resolve any discrepancy.
• Preparing Referral Letters to relevant stakeholders for successful job placement of clients.
• Responding to emails from employers and stakeholders.
• Updating of job placement records and other databases.
• Arranging interviews for clients who are unemployed.

Work Schedule:

• Monthly salary range: Up to $3,750 / Month
• Period duration: 9 Months
• Location: Upper Changi Road North
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: Mon to Thu: 8:15 AM to 5:45 PM, Fri: 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in office clerical and administrative support work and coordination.
• Experience in providing career advisory will be an advantage.
• Process drive, initiative and openness to embrace and lead change and deliver results.
• Able to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Good negotiation skills and able to multi-task.
• Working knowledge MS Office.
