The role is part of an enabling unit in Customer Success Group which make up of customer fronting and supporting officers (users). The users, including officers who serve customers in Singtel Exclusive Dealers, rely heavily on systems to deliver fast and quality service in a dynamic and challenging telecommunication environment. At the same time, this role will be assigned to project manage system related projects on behalf of Consumer Success. He/she will work closely with the company\'s IT departments, vendors, users and other stakeholders. He/she will play different roles in the course of his/her work such as project manager, business analyst, onsite support and communication manager.

Make an Impact by

  • Managing escalations and ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner including working with stakeholders to apply permanent fix (where applicable).
  • Maintaining and update documentation such as user manuals, workflows.
  • Making recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
  • Planning, scheduling, monitoring and implement the assignments within resources allocated and on time.
  • Gathering and scoping up requirements with requestors. Develop user requirement document to be delivered to IT/Vendor.
  • Conducting UAT/BRT to ensure all functionalities delivered accordingly to specifications as well as defect management.
  • Bridging any gap detected between IT & request owners to find the optimal solution.
  • Performing sanity testing support after software deployment to ensure software stability.
  • Leading & managing post-implementation activities such as training, onsite support, conducting post-mortems, benefit analysis, incident monitoring till closure
  • Tracking the progress of all deliverables and provide regular updates to the request owners via emails or meetings
Skills for Success
  • Minimum Degree in any discipline - preferably Business or IT related
  • Able to perform & support testing at wee hours, midnight or weekend due to software deployment
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset in delivering deliverables
  • Meticulous, analytical and organized
  • Adaptability and stress tolerance
  • Time management and multi-tasking
