Be the go-to person for managing and resolving customer issues in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Work closely with Relationship Managers in cultivating and expanding professional relationships.
Take charge of customer inquiries and design suitable solutions
Develop and deliver bespoke training sessions for customers on our online portal and trade lifecycle.
Organize and lead in-house training and regular service review sessions.
Venture out to meet customers solo or alongside Relationship Managers across the region
Foster and maintain top-notch relationships with both current and potential customers
Pinpoint the needs of prospective clients in areas of settlement and custody, and team up with Relationship Managers to devise effective solutions.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers to deepen existing relationships and craft compelling sales pitches
Stay ahead of the curve with the latest product and technical advancements
Assist with team-oriented tasks such as document handling, agreement drafting, event organization, and the arrangement of corporate gifts.
What we\'re looking for:
Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience, with a special emphasis on securities or relationship management.
A university degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
A service-oriented mindset, with a focus on the customer.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
An individual who is responsible, dedicated, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working independently.
Ability to withstand pressure and meet stringent deadlines
Confidence, professional grooming, and excellent command over spoken and written English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
