Job Description
- To serve clients and provide operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors
- Respond to clients\xe2\x80\x99 queries and provide updates on trade executions
- Educate clients on firm\xe2\x80\x99s offerings and system capabilities
- Provide clients with market quotes and place orders with trading desk
- Maintain relevant records for Financial Advisors on clients and products
- Assist in the preparation of reports for client meeting
- Act as a liaison between clients and operational staff
- Maintain client relationships in the absence of Financial Advisors
Requirements
- Possess a Degree in Banking and Finance, Accountancy, Business or equivalent.
- Keen interest in financial market; passion for dealing in stocks and shares
- Able to work independently; possess good inter-personal and communication skills
- Candidates who passed CMFAS Modules 1A, 5, 6, 6A & 8 will have an advantage
