You\xe2\x80\x99ll be surrounded by an open, collaborative culture that embraces diversity, recognition, professional development and, most importantly, you.Are you ready to make your impact?About the RoleOur Forensic and Litigation Consulting team in Singapore are involved in complex, global and high-profile due diligence, litigation, arbitration and investigations combining end-to-end risk advisory, investigative and disputes expertise to deliver holistic solutions for our clients.Specifically, the Risk and Investigations (R&I) team conducts research and investigations to uncover actionable intelligence and performs value-added analysis to help decision-makers address and mitigate risk, protect assets, and make informed investment decisions to maximize opportunities.Our experts conduct independent investigations to help clients resolve a variety of issues, including:

• Due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and cross-border transactions
• Business intelligence
• Assets searches
• Fraud investigations
• Anti-bribery and foreign corruption (FCPA / UK Bribery Act) investigations and risk assessments
• Whistleblower allegations
• Litigation and compliance support
• Vendor screening & assessment programmes
• Intellectual property theft and brand protection
• Political risk assessments

As an Associate or a Consultant, you will support various client engagements in the South-East Asia region. You will contribute to client matters by completing assigned tasks accurately and on time with regular supervision. You will communicate effectively with other team members, and to take an interest in how your work fits into the overall project plan. You will need to develop a strong knowledge of the legal process, especially with regard to litigation, fraud and compliance issues.What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do

• Research and analysis of information from public-domain sources and field inquiries to support due diligence assignments, business intelligence projects and other types of investigations.
• Evaluation of information and information sources for accuracy, reliability and relevance in assessing risk.
• Review and analysis of English and local language information and, creation of research reports in English, presentations and where needed link charts or similar diagrams to record investigative actions and findings.
• Proactive identification of new sources of information, and research tools and approaches as well as managing of these resources to achieve high quality and cost effectiveness.
• Provision of advice on how to prevent and mitigate risk.
• Assist with the preparation of draft expert reports and client reports and presentations.
• Interact with clients, and other internal/external stakeholders.
• Undertake networking and marketing activities to begin to develop professional contacts.
• Contribute to company initiatives and team development activities.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher.
• For Associate level: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience; For Consultant level: At least 3-4 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates who have strong interest and passion in research, business intelligence and due diligence works are welcomed to apply
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Fluency in other ASEAN languages in particular, Bahasa Indonesia will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of OSINT and other research and analytical tools an advantage.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated self-starter and resourceful individual, with experience of operating in fast paced and dynamic operational settings.
• Solid communication, research and writing skills.
• Critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with senior team members and the client in demanding, deadline-driven situations.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and high level of professionalism.
• Able to attend early/late hours\xe2\x80\x99 regional/global meetings as needed
