Key Responsibilities: Business Development Support business development initiatives and events to strengthen awareness and brand building to develop leads Research business context and profile of prospects and opportunities to identify provide account access and growth insights Prepare, support and follow up prospect/client meetings relating to opportunity development, solutioning/scoping, pitches, project kick-offs etc. Create and develop business proposals, pitch decks and contractual documents Monitor and track portfolio of on-going client projects and sales opportunities 2. Consulting Delivery Engagement lead/manage existing client projects from kickoff to final delivery by working with project team members and client teams Deliver (research, analysis, develop insights and recommendations) some parts of client project by working with lead delivery partner and rest of project team Prerequisites: Accredited Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or HR Consulting Minimum of 2 years' working experience in a consulting role preferred. Keen interest & curiosity about (1) human capital and organizational strategy and/or (2) the importance of talent and leadership in navigating disruption and transformation and/or (3) digital technology and/or (3) sales and business development and customer engagement
