Our client, a Japanese consulting company is currently looking to hire a suitable candidate to join them in the below position.

Consultant or Senior Consultant

[Responsibilities]

• Financial Due Diligence
• Business Valuation (including PL/CF projection)
• M&A Integration service (mainly business and accounting process integration)
• Buy-side & sell-side advisory (mainly execution but including sourcing) Management consulting
• Market entry and business development in South East Asia
• Turnaround and Restructuring consulting
• Strategic planning (including market research)

[Requirements for the position]

• 2 to 3 years of experience in M&A transactions (financial due diligence and/or valuation) or other corporate finance related functions.
• Accounting / finance background
• Business level Japanese language proficiency is highly advantageous, as the work requires communication with Japan team members and clients.
• Exceptional team-player; willingness to prioritize team responsibilities and proactively consult team members where necessary.
• Possesses strong writing, communication, and presentation skills in order to prepare deliverables for submission to clients and contribute ideas in team discussions.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills to present solutions to complex problems in a logical and step-by-step manner.
• Open-mindedness and flexibility to tackle new never-seen-before problems as a team.
• Pleasant personality with a strong willingness to learn.

Salary: $5,000-8,000 +VB (Depending on company&indivisual performance)

Working hours: 9:00am-6:00pm

AL: 14 days

MC: 14 days
