Job Description

We are looking for a highly energetic and passionate art and copy team with 8-12 years of experience that live and breathe big ideas. A team that is keen to bring fame-driving experiences to life for consumers in the region and across the world for the Coca Cola Company. They will be responsible for working with our clients and agency partners to create media-agnostic end-to-end experiences that the world sees and shares. Essentially iconic ideas across all touch points that blow people\xe2\x80\x99s minds. They should clearly understand the standards that Ogilvy & Mather has always adhered to in terms of creativity and strive to exceed those expectations.

Responsibilities: 1. Client Management

• Understand the needs of Clients and complete visual communication that meets both their brand\'s tonality and Ogilvy standards.

• Have a strategic skew, and work closely with the strategy team to mine for the best insights that help in bringing the briefs of the clients to life.

• Passionate about good ideas and push other teams with their infectious energy.
• Relentlessly pursue the best way to get the most exciting work out.
• Regularly organize trainings for members to learn and communicate.
• Good at workload allocation and time management.
• Maintain the belief of being creative and display the power of curiosity and creativity in daily life.
• Always look towards pursuing the "Big Idea" and prove it with his/her own actions.
• Earn respect and trust from colleagues and clients.
• Willing to find ways to convince our Clients to accept our best ideas and sell our best works.
• Ensure that creative ideas are executed in an exceptionally world-class way.
• Responsible for creative and effectiveness recognition at local and international awards competitions and new/existing business growth.
