What you get to do in this role:
The role of the Associate CSM is to be an advocate for our customers. In the role you will oversee customers to help them achieve business outcomes and foster greater adoption of the ServiceNow products they have purchased through prescriptive guidance. You will bring ServiceNow\'s best practices, innovations, and capabilities to help customers achieve their goals.
  • Own a portfolio of accounts and ensure that customers optimise the value from their ServiceNow investment
  • Identify key criteria for assisting your customers and leverage known strategies and success stories to address them
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow stakeholder teams to ensure product adoption, growth attainment and increased platform usage as well as the internal account team to ensure customer success
  • Spread the word of ServiceNow customer success stories and processes

Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
  • 2+ years of related work experience.
  • Creative, high energy, entrepreneurial self-starter comfortable running initiatives independently within a high paced environment
  • Drive complex issues through analysis and resolution
  • Thrive in working collaboratively and cross-functionally
  • Analysis skills with proven application in a business environment
  • Comfortable working with / presenting to senior internal & external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Korean (written and spoken). This role covers Asia and Korean markets and will need to communicate with Korean customers.
