Our client is a health-tech software company, and our mission is to deliver Digital Health to clinics and their patients. In this exciting phase of growth, we are looking for like-minded professionals to join our team as we expand and provide exceptional service to more happy customers.
We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager that can help us support our growing customer base.

Your Responsibilities as a Customer Success Manager:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via communication channels.
  • Manage and nurture leads through to conversion and software demonstration.
  • Build relationships with Clients, understand their pain points, and formulate solutions.
  • Post and respond on social platforms.
  • Conduct account reviews and follow-ups with existing clients on a regular basis.
  • Maintain and update CRM.
  • Gather and share feedback to the product team.


Requirements



To be a Customer Success Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
  • Solid experience in software pre-sales and use of CRM systems (4+ years).
  • Strong English communication, written and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding customer service.
  • Must be a Tech-savvy and a fast learner.
  • Must have enthusiasm, confidence, and should be positive in presenting to a group of people.
  • Strong documentation skills with high attention to details.
  • Ability to manage and field customer enquiries with confidence.
  • Must be punctual, organized and have a great attention to detail.
  • Must have prior experience in: Customer engagement on the Social Media platforms (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Must have prior experience in: Dental/medical industry is desirable but not necessary.
  • Work ethic with the ability to multitask in an organized and coherent manner.
