• Study creative briefs and understand requirements
• Create storyboards, web banners, infographics, gif animations, social media content, and more for marketing efforts
• Develop creative concepts, branding and marketing campaigns (including various collaterals, Facebook/ Instagram, Google Display Banners, eDMs, etc...) with rationales
• Create creative designs that are on-brand, effective, and aesthetically appealing
• Digital retouching and image editing
• Create website designs and their prototypes
• Create and craft engaging video content across different platforms

• Diploma or Degree in Communication Design, Fine Arts or related field
• 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in motion design work, production or creative agency environment (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate concept ideas, designs and rationales
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator is required. Skills in InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro or other visual design and editing tools is preferred
• Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• A clear understanding of working with brand guidelines
• Collaborative skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
• Able to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required
