JOB SCOPE

• Work with the Casino F&B management team to manage the overall operations of the VIP F&B areas such as Paiza and Ruby gaming areas, catering to the casino guests at Marina Bay Sands.
• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage services, including hands-on service and guest communications when required .
• Supervise the F&B Service Team and any F&B areas as directed by Senior leadership.
• Assist the F&B management team with meeting financial KPIs and targets.
• Focus on delivering world-class service and meeting the customer service targets such as the NPS targets.
• Frequently conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift debriefs to ensure key messages and directions are communicated to team members first hand.
• Monitor and improve consistency and quality of product to achieve exceptional customer experience.
• Propose and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity without compromising quality of product.
• Provide leadership and hands-on coaching to team members while encouraging empowerment and personal growth of the management team.
• Devise and implement training and development programs to ensure quality objectives are met.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum five years’ experience as a senior F&B manager in an integrated resort, restaurant group, private club or luxury hotel chain. The candidate should possess a comprehensive set of F&B service and operations skills and a focus on VIP customer service in Asia
• Comfortable with shift schedules based on demand, including late nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Comfortable dealing with guest challenges and maintain composure under pressure
• Enjoys problem solving and can think outside-the-box in difficult situations
• Team oriented approach to management with a mindset of open communications
• Administration knowledge of large F&B operations and Quality management, proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Have a well-groomed, professional appearance
• Able to work in a smoking environment
