A newly created position to assist the Group Head of HR in driving, co-designing and administering the executive compensation and long term incentive strategy within the organisation across Asia Pacific.

Our client is one of the largest real-estate investment company globally with a key focus in Asia Pacific projects. The organisation was formed through multiple acquisitions in the last 5 years and do have ambitious plans to grow the APAC market even further. With that said, they have created a new position to hire a senior professional with strong Compensation & Benefits background to help in their executive compensation strategy to retain and attract top-tier talents.
Description
You will be reporting directly to the Group Head of HR and be responsible for:
- Assisting the Group Head of HR in the design and implementation of the Total Compensation Framework for the executive level, Long-Term Incentive Scheme (LTI)
- Pre and post-merger activities, such as harmonisation of C&B policies across multiple entities
- Organized and make recommendation to the Remuneration committees (RC) on matters such as, compensation framework, annual review exercise (recommendation for increment, Short Term Incentive (STI) and LTI) and executive compensation
- Participation in market surveys, analyse results and make recommendation for market adjustment
You will need to have at least 10 years of experience in compensation & benefits management. Candidates with experience in administering long term incentive is preferred.
