• Act as the key account manager in the SE Asia team, developing client relationships based upon partnership and trust\xe2\x80\x8b
• Use your business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clients\xe2\x80\x8b
• Oversee key strategic client projects\xe2\x80\x8b
• Apply your wealth of cost management / quantity surveying experience to achieve all project deliverables within contract performance measures\xe2\x80\x8b
• Expertly negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractors\xe2\x80\x8b
• Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership\xe2\x80\x8b
• Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value\xe2\x80\x8b

We would love to hear from you if you:\xe2\x80\x8b

• Have strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment\xe2\x80\x8b
• Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management working on large, complex construction projects \xe2\x80\x8b
• Have 10+ years\' cost management experience in construction ideally with exposure to data centre projects
• Have confidence to head up meetings with clients\xe2\x80\x8b
• Have a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or quantity surveying\xe2\x80\x8b
• Are ideally chartered and a member of the RICS \xe2\x80\x8b
• Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing\xe2\x80\x8b
• Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun\xe2\x80\x8b
