Project Delivery

• Leading consulting assignments: Managing the overall project delivery, (candidate will be expected to roll up their sleeves & deliver), overseeing the work of team members, analysts and ensuring that projects are delivered to the clients satisfaction and within time and budget
• Conducting research and analysis: Regular market research involving office, industrial classes and identifying trends and opportunities, and providing insights and recommendations to clients

• Creating and delivering presentations: Create and deliver presentations to clients, which may include market analysis, RE strategy, and other improvements

• Developing and maintaining client relationships: Develop and maintain client relationships to identify more opportunities by understanding client needs/pain points and proposing relevant solutions

• Business development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing proposal, fee negotiation for consulting contracts
• Create Brand/Market Presence: Engage with RE platforms such as CoreNet, APREA and other media outlets to establish a brand and outreach for Occupier Strategy

• At least 8 years of experience in business advisory or consulting, portfolio optimization or specialization in any of (logistics, industrial, data center, flex offices etc) preferred
• Prior experience in portfolio optimization or specialization in any of (logistics, industrial, data center, flex offices etc) would be an advantage
• Analytical and structured with excellent problem solving skills
