• Permanent position
• Basic salary up to $9,500 with AWS + 3 months Bonus
• Healthcare industry located at One North
• Experience in BCP capacity; facilities management and sustainability management
• Green Mark Accredited Professional Facilities Management Certification
  

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Corporate Service Facilities team to ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of facilities.
• Preparation of Corporate ServiceBudget.
• Plan and implement facilities-related projects.
• Assist with space planning/ renovation projects.
• Assist with evaluation of Security Systems or AV requirements for new HQ project
• Respond to facilities complaints/ maintenance issues.
• Maintain the organization’s environmental management system in accordance with ISO14001 and other relevant local and international environmental standards
• Review legal requirements, compliance status, and control measures to address significant environmental aspects and impacts
• Improve and innovate existing processes in order to achieve the organization’s Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) objectives, targets, and programs
• Collate and review the recovery requirements from the annual Business Impact Analysis (BIA) exercise

Requirements:

• At least a Degree holder
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience either in BCP capacity; facilities management or sustainability management.
• Business Continuity Management Certification
• Green Mark Accredited Professional Facilities Management Certification
• Experience in managing and leading environmental sustainability practices
