Responsibilities

Permanent position Basic salary up to $9,500 with AWS + 3 months Bonus Healthcare industry located at One North Experience in BCP capacity; facilities management and sustainability management Green Mark Accredited Professional Facilities Management Certification Responsibilities: Work with the Corporate Service Facilities team to ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of facilities. Preparation of Corporate ServiceBudget. Plan and implement facilities-related projects. Assist with space planning/ renovation projects. Assist with evaluation of Security Systems or AV requirements for new HQ project Respond to facilities complaints/ maintenance issues. Maintain the organization’s environmental management system in accordance with ISO14001 and other relevant local and international environmental standards Review legal requirements, compliance status, and control measures to address significant environmental aspects and impacts Improve and innovate existing processes in order to achieve the organization’s Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) objectives, targets, and programs Collate and review the recovery requirements from the annual Business Impact Analysis (BIA) exercise Requirements: At least a Degree holder At least 5 years of relevant work experience either in BCP capacity; facilities management or sustainability management.
