INSEAD is currently looking for an Associate Director Legal to join our Global Legal Department. This is a permanent and full-time position that will be based at our Asia Campus in One-North, Singapore. Key Deliverables: . Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of international contracts such as academic services, distribution, licensing, partnerships and alliances, NDA, SOW, RFP review and response, gift agreements, procurement etc. . Provide legal advice and solutions on regulations, corporate and contracts, act as a business partner to the teams . Support business and commercial teams, incl. digital innovation . Support advancement team - donor relations, alumni relations, development, campaign services . Expertise in intellectual property -trademark and copyright Requirements: . Senior business legal counsel (5 to 8 years' experience/ law firm or multinational/ common law jurisdiction) . Ability to work in an international environment throughout several jurisdictions . Experience in non-profit organizations is a plus . Ability to handle high volume of work, recognize priorities and manage time effectively
