Company Overview Schroders has managed real estate since 1971 and is one of Europe\xe2\x80\x99s largest managers of real estate. Our investment range allows our clients to access real estate through open ended funds, listed REITs, specialist funds, joint ventures, separate accounts and global real estate securities. As at 30 June 2022, Schroder Real Estate manages \xc2\xa327.3 billion of real estate on behalf of a wide range of institutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Overseeing the management of real estate investments, including the analysis and evaluation of potential investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, negotiating transactions, and monitoring investment performance.
• Developing and implementing investment strategies that align with Schroders\' real estate investment objectives, and ensuring that all investments meet the firm\'s risk and return criteria.
• JV / Strategic Partnerships - Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, developers, brokers, and other industry professionals.
• Providing leadership and mentorship to a team of investment professionals, and supporting their professional development and growth.
• Conducting market and industry research, and keeping abreast of trends and developments in the real estate market.
• Participating in the preparation of investment reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Representing Schroders in the real estate/private asset investment community and promoting the firm\'s reputation and brand.
• Manage the production of marketing materials for capital raising initiatives, and support the delivery of investor relations materials for reporting purposes.
• Drive effective communication and information flow with Real Estate Capital (REC), Private Assets Sales, and Generalist Distribution teams for all capital raising activities
• Maintain regular reporting on research findings covering real estate markets, investors activities and capital markets, competitor monitoring and benchmarking

• At least 9 years of experience in investments within a global asset management firm, with a proven track record of successfully originating, executing, and managing real estate investments.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, and experience with real estate financial software and databases.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement investment strategies, and to make decisions based on data and analysis.
• A team player with strong leadership and mentorship skills, and the ability to motivate and collaborate with a team of investment professionals.
• Ability to operate under pressure and deliver to demanding deadlines.
