Senior Manager/Associate Director, Real Asset Product Specialist, Client Solutions Group

An opportunity exists for a dynamic and commercially minded individual to join our Client Solutions Group to focus on capital raising and product development for our Asset Management, Private Markets Business. Client Solutions Group is part of Macquarie Asset Management group and comprises of professionals dedicated to delivering new business initiatives, product development, fund formation, capital raising and client relations across Asia Pacific, Americas and EMEA.

As a Product Specialist, this role will focus on the coordination of fundraising, investor relations and product development of Private Markets Real Asset products across Asia Pacific. Your role will focus on Real Asset\'s equity platform in Asia Pacific, including covering funds focused on infrastructure and agriculture. You will also be involved in supporting and engaging with Macquarie Asset Management clients across the Private Markets business, both in Asia Pacific and globally. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to further your own client relationships, with a particular focus on the Asia Pacific market.

You will work with other product specialists and relationship managers to manage the creation of marketing, investor relations and due diligence materials for existing and prospective investors. You will also oversee the development and manage junior members in the team.

About you

To be successful in the role, you will be able to work independently and gain an understanding of Macquarie Asset Management\'s global suite of Private Market products and investments. You will also work with our global investment teams, Legal, Tax and other specialist teams on capital raisings and product development.

Your background will preferably include:

• 7+ years\' experience, ideally in Private Markets capital raising, investment management or investment banking
• Experience in the establishment of new products and initiatives for Infrastructure and Agriculture
• Ability to work across a globally connected team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills as well as a self-driven and highly adaptable attitude
