About the Role

To perform a marketing and servicing role to ensure the retention and development of multinational accounts. To ensure the growth and profitability of the international employee benefits portfolio of AIA Regional Solutions within the geographical area of responsibility (South East Asia). To source proactively new business mandates and to enrich the client\'s data base of AIA Regional Solutions by working closely with the Regional Offices of MNC clients based in Singapore. To promote AIA brand and develop strategic relationships with key brokers and consultants to accelerate growth and maintain persistency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To meet the targets of new production and profitability as defined by MBU - GCS
  • To actively prospect and develop relations with clients, brokers and consultants based in the area of responsibility (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar)
  • To prepare and present multinational programmes proposals for direct clients and brokers/consultants following the guidelines determined by MBU GCS. To secure new RFPs and established AIA RS as no 1 Employee Benefits Pooling and Captive Network for foreign and local MNCs and Intl brokers based in SEA
  • To maintain regular contacts and effective business relationships with relevant counterparts in the clients, prospects, brokers and consultants\' organizations.
  • To present timely and with confidence quarterly results (analytics and financial reporting) to MNCs and Intl brokers for optimal engagement
  • To organise, attend and contributed towards internally and externally sponsored industry conferences, seminars, exhibitions and forums under management\'s supervisions
  • To work closely on quotations and renewals for own clients with the MBU GCS team
  • To contribute to the spread and improvement of AIA RS image in the industry
  • To acquire technical skills and maintain high dedication to the job
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • At least 5 years seniority in the multinational employee benefits market and 7 years in corporate solutions business
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines in a multicultural environment
  • Willingness to travel regionally
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships with AIA LBUs, the clients\' and the intermediaries\' organizations
