The Associate Director, Sales Engagement & Communications will be a core member of the Change Management Centre of Excellence (CoE), a new in-house advisory unit set up to drive sales and business development transformation for Standard Chartered CCIB Client Coverage business function. This is an individual contributor role, leading change management communications end-to-end. Responsibilities include (i) change management communications plan and execution, (ii), stakeholder value propositions (iii) knowledge & channel management. Change Management Communications Design and execute the annual CCIB Business Development (BD) change management communications plan. This includes change management communications campaigns for strategic business priorities, as well as eDMs, videos, and presentations to ensure Sales stakeholders are engaged and informed on key BD change initiatives. Stakeholder Value Propositions Work with product and process owners to clearly articulate the value proposition and key messages for each BD change initiative. Develop messaging frameworks based on audience segment. Knowledge & Channel Management Own the governance framework, processes, and establish best practices for all change management communication platforms/channels, including intranet pages, Microsoft teams, WalkMe and Poppulo. Analyse usage and engagement data, build ongoing feedback loops, and track KPIs to gauge effectiveness. Key Stakeholders Internal CCIB Business Development Heads CCIB Product Teams Client Coverage Bankers, GAMs, RAMs, FAMs & TB Sales Country/Regional/Segment Client Coverage Business Managers External External vendors and suppliers, where relevant Our Ideal Candidate Proven track record in change management communications and/or product marketing Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience managing various communications channels such as intranet, communications tools Experience in supporting global or regional change initiatives through communications 5 + years experience in financial Services / Banking knowledge preferred (not required) Degree holder preferred Role Specific Technical Competencies Business communication, presentation skills Proficiency in excel and power point Experience managing senior stakeholders Understanding of Banking Sales & Products Analytical thinking About Standard Chartered We're an international bank, nimble enough to act, big enough for impact.
